Great memories of what Perth looked like to me as a kid, still paradise but now overly inflated price wise and not a secret anymore.

I call it greed town now, with everyone trying to rip everyone off from the State Govt and their Utility charges, through to the landlords who own the inner CBD and charge outrageous rents so our new wave pubs charge $15/pint.

I still remember as a kid, riding my bike up to the top of the hill on Amelia St in Balcatta and looking North and the only light I could see was a remote new subdivision called Greenwood that Alan Bond was doing and further on the remote outpost of Wanneroo.

Times have changed our lovely city, but we still have the "opportunity to make good" feel about it and new Entrepreneurs come and go…..in the Wild Wild West!!
