:) yeah, its been a bit erratic. To be honest I try and choose my sentiment based on what we are talking about in a particular thread. Hence when discussing AUD Gold I had short term buy till it broke lower out of the triangle, now I have long term buy/hold. USD gold and aussie gold stocks to me are a short term sell.

If we talk about something that not spefically about 1 of the above, say a number, or none of them, then its either none or hold.

Maybe I'll just stick to none and you can judge for yourself from what I write.
