I am a large shareholder in TLG who wants Grigor gone as soon as possible.
My interest is in TLG and ensuring that retail holders get a fair deal, as we have born the brunt of maintaining the current SP IMO. There is a CR coming espoused by other holders not I and it will be important that this raising is offered to the existing SH of TLG as we are long term believers in the company.
We have seen the damage outside so called sophisticated investors do to the SP so the more pressure that is applied to ensure we get 1st dibs at new stock the better.
Dilution and traders (kmac excluded) are a startups SH worst enemy.
If this was sitting at 35 to 40 cents you would not here a peep from me.
