Poor sentiment due to insider selling, lack of belief in new management, perceived lack of room to grow in their target market, lack of new avenues for growth. If the full year results show a significant growth in total customers that would be helpful in turning sentiment around. I think the market is underestimating the size of the market they can grow to dominate. Apart from that some news on expanding to new geographies, another smart acquisition (I doubt there are any really good options left here) or any progress made on the Catholic front would be quite substantial news.
