Murray cod, The great Australian freshwater fish. it's delicious.
I bought into MCA becasue they are farming the product.
I bought a near three kilo murray cod from 'Fische' in Westfield Knox this weekend. Marketed as 'Aquna' . I asked if they are selling well? The server motioned the manager to come over, 'yes' he said, and gave me a run down of how good tasting the fish is and how nice it is steamed. The product is popular here in Australia and there is much interest in high end Asian markets.
So the Australian inland fish can be farmed, that is why I invested. Many risks as usual but let this fish swim around the world, it's a good feed.
