Westmoon, you can't cut and paste if the original file is on your harddisk. Your file (image) needs to be able to be referenced to a location on the internet. Sort of like the following is.
http://www.hotcopper.com.au/images/company_logo.gif
If your file can be referenced like this, then its a snap to be able to include it in your post. If its can't be referenced like this currently then you need to either copy it to a location where it can be, or use a charting package on the web to generate the items you are after.
