Do you think Tincom would hand over millions of $$$ to ESI to conduct the FS if they dont get a formal commitment from a power station re site, water, coal etc?
To me this looks like a given, based on recent announcements.
I would rather invest now (taking a calculated risk) rather than invest after an announcement is made confirming the above and having to pay a premium to the current share price.
