I use a Mac. Should be no problem if you get the HTML language right. If you have a file somewhere out there on the web simply use:
img src="your url address here"
(ensure that you _enclose_ the line: img src="your url address here" with a sideways v at _each_ end of the line)
For any graphic that you find on the web you will be able to get the url by using the contextual menu ( right click on the image with your Mighty Mouse if you have one and you have set it up to show the contextual menu) You can also get the contextual menu if you control click using an earlier type Apple mouse. (Hope this is not teaching you how to suck eggs btw :) )
