One thing that amazes me is that the FA seems to stack up with the TA in regard to a support zone yet the bulls still refuse to acknowledge the potential of a 1.8c SP, let me explain...
The closing price for DLI shares were 9.5c CAD which equates to 10c AUD.
The merger exchanges 1 DLI share for 5.4 LPD shares which brings them to an average of....wait for it.......1.85c!
Every Desert Lion holder is going to be in profit by c. 30% as of right now. Do you think a logical person would lock in those profits looking at the strong downtrend that LPD is currently in? Its easy to get back in if the company manages to change direction, and with the current trajectory they would likely pick up a heap moer shares for the same price.
The ultra bulls might need to pump a bit and hand out some new rose coloured glasses before DLI holders come to their senses.
