From your comments it would appear there is nothing to be concerned about.

If it's a single holder selling then it must end shortly, otherwise mgt would surely arrange for "sophisticated investors" to purchase the shares on offer at a discount to current SP.

Seems selling is pretty relentless to me, and not a whole lot of buyers jumping in at these levels suggests we may get sub 10c before the rest of the mkt sees a "screaming buy"??

I wonder what price the seller is prepared to hammer the SP down to..
