    DUET (Diversified Utility and Energy Trust) is jointly owned by AMP Capital Group and Macquarie Bank with interests in electricity and natural gas distributors in VIC and WA. DUETs existing portfolio of energy utility assets comprises: a 66.0% interest in United Energy Distribution; a 79.9% interest in Multinet; a 25.9% interest in AlintaGas Networks; a 60% interest in the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline; and 100% of the subordinated debt in these assets. "
