I think its time for Lynas to stand down its workers until they can commence operations. Not sure if concentrate is in transit, or parked in Singapore or even arrived in Malaysia but i am sure that the majority of the 300 or so staff have very little to do.
Standing down their workforce may provide the shock treatment or realisation that preventing Lynas from operating will hurt local Kuantan people whose livelihood depends on the mine, either directly or indirectly.
