I wonder how much Lynas are paying their legal team? Because they sure aren't worth however much it is. A decent legal team should have been able to swot away the SMSL points, one by one, with full backup evidence and corroboration. They should have been able to demolish the SMSL arguments from start to finish. This whole farce should never have been allowed to get to this stage.
However much we're paying these lawyers, it would seem to be a waste of money. And of course, they aren't losing out with the delays, either....
