I think emphasis needs to be placed on the process. The Court realises this is a sensitive issue, if they had dismissed the appeal today with 100 or so anti-lynas out front it could have been messy. The judiciary can't be seen to be rubber stamping a decision of the executive, just as it works here. I think someone mentioned before something about doing just and being seen to do justice. Everyone thinks the Malaysian government is corrupt, the Court is probably just doing its best to avoid that tagline. Just my opinion.
