"The discovery phase is a stage of civil litigation where the plaintiff and the defendant exchange information in order to streamline the case issues in preparation for trial. An affidavit is a document produced to the other side during the discovery phase."
This implies that Lynas must have known no decision was likely today, and it would seem from the ASX trading pattern that many traders had worked this out.
Was the market properly informed, I wonder, because many/most HC posters hadn't worked this out? Are we collectively less intelligent than other LYC traders? Or should we have taken more note of the absence of any Board purchases for a very long time now?
