To me it appears that all the bullets are being fired from one direction. Lynas needs to get on the front foot and start firing some bullets back. I cant believe that there were no pro Lynas people outside the court. You would have thought that perhaps some Lynas employees could have made an appearance. Perhaps they fear for their physical well being given the threats SMSL have made in the event the TOL is not revoked.

I wonder how many experts Lynas have lined up for the next hearing?

Is anyone aware when the Lynas defamation case is to be heard?

There is still the judicial hearings to take place despite what the Nov 8 outcome is, is this correct?

This could drag on for ever or at least till the next elections are due, which if there is a change of government, may mean that Lynas will never operate in Malayasia. Lynas will then be spending more time in the courts trying to win compensation for their 1 billion doallar investment.
