Even if RMS makes a major announcement, I think there will be minimal impact on its SP. My reasons: 1) market sentiment drives SP in short term. 2) market just drifting at present 3) When confidence returns, market take off is: a) blue chip's b) mid tiers c) speculatives.
At this phase of the markets, it may be better for RMS management to concentrate on company development rather than worry about its SP. Secondly, the company is cashed up so no need to go to market for capital raising (where SP is important). The potential risk to current management is a takeover/buyout using their current pile of cash to pay out existing shareholders!
