No the share price did not fall back as you had suggested.
RMS obviously approached ATO as would have been the case previously when RMS did a capital return several years ago.
Further, RMS had to get shareholder approval for the cap return.
The final outcome all depends on priorities, some of which are not blatantly obvious to shareholders.
All in good time!
Do you have any idea of the pace of the ATO when it comes to rulings? God forbid!
It is not as clear cut as you might believe and another case of damned if you do...............
