Closing date of public offer is 24th October which is fast approaching - anyone know how the raising is going? Last report was they were struggling to crack $250k...Assuming they can’t raise the minimum $2m to list on the NSX I’m guessing that means the company becomes owned by the noteholders? Surely the patience of the noteholders must be wearing pretty thin...very, very sad for all concerned.
