    I am a noteholder. But I don't think there is anything to worry about as I believe the company will be listing on the NSX. MZA you talk about the $3.17 M liability but nearly $2.5M of that disappears once the company has listed as it is converting to equity. Rather than trying to scare people please present the facts.
