Just a note on the state of the corpse of a great Ausie company …. it appears that the corporate rot has already set in.

Use of the site has become far slower - it appears that the available bandwidth has been reduced (corporate cost saving)
Approaches from sales people to site administrators to try to encourage the purchase of archival records for projects completed years ago (corporate sales pitches - to increase income by selling information which is completely useless)

I guess it was inevitable - but it is sad to see (yet again) that the amount money in an organisation and the quality of its product seem to be inversely proportional to one another
