The TWH prospectus dated 21 October 2016 is the subject of an interim stop order issued by ASIC, the effect of which is that offers under the prospectus cannot be made whilst the stop order is in force. The Company is working to address ASIC’s concerns and expects to be in a position to reinstate the Public Offer under the prospectus shortly.
