    Daniel8 On china loosing steam.

Why is everyone still talking china as the lungs of world growth. It was plain evidence that China is the tail of the dog. Didnt anyone learn that last crash.

The Chinese middle class wage is 10usd to 30usd per day. That data comes from people I know there. Futhermore China really only imports resources and nothing else. The tax on imports to China is 110%.

China is the tail of the dog, not the dog. Thats why when the world went into a downturn China crashed.

If the world was to benifit from China domestic consuption we would be exporting goods to China and that is not the case. Therefore talking about the growing chinese economy is BS, it is of no benifit to us what so ever, only resources.

The only reason it benifits Austraialian resources is the resource lag. When that lag in exploration and supply is reduced, we can kiss any resource boom good bye.
