I emailed Paul this morning to get his views on whether the structure of the JV with ENAMCO would prohibit another party acquiring DNK's share of the project or DNK as a whole. The obvious answer will be no as anyone can make a bid for the company but I'm curious as to whether the relationships DNK hold with ENAMCO would discourage potential suitors.
