I heard back from Paul and I haven't received permission to post his very brief response so I won't. But I will sum up his answer.
No - the JV doesn't in any way limit DNK selling its share of the project or another company acquiring DNK itself.
I was hoping for a more detailed response from Paul but he's either too busy or possibly sick of my emails over the last couple of months.
Either way, no was the obvious answer. But I still would like another large investors take on it. Would anyone else jump into bed with ENAMCO via a purchase of DNK? What are the perceived risks (other than the glaringly obvious sovereign risk). I know why I bought this stock but I want to hear why I shouldn't have.
If anyone else can tell me why a larger company wouldn't acquire DNK or our share of the project, I'd love to hear it.
