example is EXT. $800m capex can be raised by $400m borrowing and issuing 40m shares at $10 each
same with FMJ
if everything proves to be ligitimate then issuing 100m shares at $7.50 will not do much harm
the price capex can be raised will depend on the price of potash & what such a project can earn
