My clacker-pull is 2.30 on full permitting and 3.40 on mine commissioning. There is no science or accountancy behind this. It is probably a low estimate.
A takeover offer would equally be a guess. It would only happen if Owen Hegarty et al were attracted and agreed.
I surmise a capital raise at full permitting - cos HFR has only enough money (with loans) to fund Stage 1. I foresee simultaneous execution of Stage 2 with a second decline, double the processing plant and output.
There is sufficient demand in Spain and France alone for this higher level of production - none would get to port.
