Potash Prices hitting the roof with sanctions on Belarus and now sanctions to hit Russia. This essentially locks around about a third of world supply.
I know our CEO is hesitant about using a higher Potash Prices per tonne in modelling but from my perspective this is regarded as an abnormal trading environment which will have at least 5 to 10 years to scale back. This is beyond the normal cycle of Potash Prices. If I was him I would be inserting a higher price for at least the first year of the model considering circumstances. This would be more of a justification for getting that last packet of funding approved.
