Stb - Just a couple of minor points - eritrea is not an islamic state it is around 50/50 - muslim/christian and you need to calculate how much the options will cost the directors personally - alot of mullah and last I checked banks were not lending money to directors of exploration companies to convert shares, let alone the tax they have to pay upfront when they do convert.
