Hopefully the locals can profit from this project along with STB shareholders I really think STB needs a big partner on this one though to decrease our chances of falling prey to sovereign risk. I would also love to see the drilling program vastly accelerated to realise more value in case of a looming T/O threat. I don't think I will ever feel entirely comfortable having a large % of my capital tied to africa though.
