The newsletter mentions several times that the progress is very slow... ""as we have said previously, the permit approval timeline is in the hands of the BLM.""

The permit vibe imo is that it is will be delayed (which is fair enough). I think the coy was obligated to release some news on this issue to the market, given that they put a time line on it yonks ago and it's obviously price sensitive either way.
