Excellent news IMO, I have long advocated cashing up through disposal of non core assets - would have been nice to perhaps retain a small royalty or stake in the project, but no biggie really.
Sale proceeds plus tax refund makes the cash situation look nice too.
Now for the PFS, seems to be on target for rel;ease before the end of this month, at least I believe it should be from recent mentions.
All good IMO and well done to longs.
