1. Possible reason for the delay .
well shoemaker is an old meteor impact site . so ?
what it means to me , through the impact , the earth elements have changed ,
into what ? . that is the question , there is a huge force and heat injected
at an instand , into these earth elements present at that point.
just a possible course for delay ? some unknown stuff , maybe ??
