My application is in but I haven't been able to find out the level of oversubscription so I don't know how many I'll end up with. The very weird capital/incentive/option structure plus a priority tranche to IMA holders meant that they couldn't close the IPO early. Wish they had of though and I might have got close to my fill!
Interesting to see if they bring the listing date forward because of the early close but I doubt it.
Anyway baring any major global (additional) crisis this should open at a significant premium. This one has the potential to be a 'game changer'!
