Fish with fusion vierge dressing:
2 to 4 servings barbecue fish.
For the sauce in a pan fry the following:
1 cup olive oil.
1 small diced red onion.
1 tablespoons caper.
½ teaspoon coriander seeds.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Finish off with the following:
1 cup barbecue baby tomatoes.
Small bunch total of chopped parsley, chervil, dill and basil.
2 clove pressed garlic.
A few splashes or soy a worcestershire sauce.
A few squeezes or more of lemon juice to emulsify oil.
half teaspoon jerk paste.
