One or two sliced chorizo.

Then add the following:
1 large can of rinsed chick peas or white beans.
1 can water.
¼ cup sherry.
Paprika to taste.

Thicken slightly with a little corn flour and poach or add two servings fried small fish fillets scrimp or other seafood.
