Barbecue garlic butter steak:

Barbecue two steaks on the charcoal webber.

Really well done on one side.

Sear for 15 seconds on the other side.

In a pan likely brown 60 gm salted butter.

Half way through press 2 to 4 cloves of garlic.

Arrange steaks on two dinner plates.

Pour the butter on the steaks.

Top with two cloves of pressed fry garlic on each.
