.. semi-health conscious - haha! see myself that way - and I now use sunflower oil, which I discovered isn't that great either, but has a high burning point (that's the point at which the oil begins to blacken and develop all the carcinogenic stuff) . . . . well one has to die of something - (to dy or to die or not to dye??)
