Baked spuds with egg and cheese
- beat up some eggs with salt pepper and chopped chives
Here endeth the lesson
- half boil spuds
- slice up thick the spuds 1/2cm ( best with skin on )
- butter tray
- lay spuds flat
- add slicees of chess
- add a little bit of thrashed eggs
- more spuds
- more other cheese ( use 1 white 1 yellow,and one stringy as the last layer )
- repeat
- last is stringy mozza
- sprinkle bread crumbs
- bake in oven,on medium,till mozza start to brown
