thanks - so far - I will try them all - have had some or variations of some before . . . blanching and then frying is a good idea, even boiled in their jackets, then peeled and cut into 6 pieces and then fried is great - I always do that to go with my Schnitzel, except when there is potato salad time (I only use Kipfler) - but seems we can't get away from fried - potato bake and variations thereof - which is on my menu, too - it is yummie and where would I find a 'breakers", farlap, please? never even heard of such a thing or is it just a name for another rose? i.e. McDonalds etceterara Tau
