the email I sent isn't asking about the SP in any way (i think thats what you're referring to). Its asking for clarification of a number of incomplete disclosures, so that not only investors have a sound basis on which to continue to hold or not to hold, but also some basis on which to vote on a number of issues in the near future. Thats essentially how I summed up my email to the company.

There's no doubt information from management has been incomplete and contradictory. They need to be taken to task, the inconsistencies and gaps are not acceptable
