so J123 I understand you to mean
CCC will return to 6 cents and alot of holders (shaken by this volatile period) will sell. CCC will be taken over between 10 to 15 cents and then the sellers who sold at 6 cents will no longer benefit as they did not hold this stock longer?

this inspires the question how long to hold? unless you believe the takeover is inevitable and you are meaning that everyone should waith for takeover?

I hold because I must allow time for growth and company to achieve milestones. This takes time. My imo is to stay close to stock and understand what the company is doing so you don't get shaken and you dont sell too soon.
