    I don't understand why anyone would be selling their holdings at this time unless they desperately needed cash. It's not as if the SP is tanking,in fact it's actually providing a nice ROI at the moment plus with this stock you have the added bonus of being one positive announcement away from the SP going off the charts. It's a win win really.
