A scouring of the internet has found this possible link to the mentioned "Potential 100kW Project" soon to be announced.
This UK tender is possibly related to the “potential 100kW project”? The Bolton Council (of greater Manchester) has 133 various schools, and many other operational buildings which could be involved.
They appear to be asking for a single supplier for all sites of which are <100kW. Bluegen could become a subset of the overall tender most likely managed by a third party energy provider. With the UK feed in tariffs and long term paybacks and energy savings, reduction of GHG emissions this could be one we could give a pretty good crack at.

The Supply of Electricity - Sub 100kw Sites
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a single supplier to the framework for the supply of electricity for Sub 100kw sites to Bolton Council.
UK Licenced electricity suppliers are invited to tender for the supply of electricity to all Bolton Council operational building stock, plus associated electricity supplies to all Bolton schools, and to affiliated independent organisations that secure their electricity through the Council.
If so, this would be a great demonstration for other councils to reduce GHG, costs and help bring to market our technology. I guess we will find out soon enough.
