Gaps are always a bit fastidious with such tightly locked and small registries - don't get me wrong I know gaps fill 99% of the time but that 1% usually falls with registries as such. Anyone can see here that the amount of stock available is minimal and is sparse - spread has lifted a little the last day or so but only as a result of traders getting some small bites but still very light on. At least gaps have closed between supply and demand on screen as of today but more often than not in uber tight registries due to limited supply to meet demand the only way for a trade to occur is through gaps - as mentioned it's closed today with tick by tick offers up / down the ladder but in example if the only buyer is say at $0.12 and the only seller willing to let go remains stagnant at $0.14 there's only way that trade would happen.
PS I like the "P" example lol - PBT & 1PG are both very similar in respect of uber tight registries & in that respect 1pg still has a gap just below $0.50 closing at $0.99 today (I don't think it will be closing that gap) - PBT put in numerous gaps over the 2 months it went from $0.40 to $1.40 a year ago ( all filled now) - not implying this will be going to a dollar just comparisons of uber tight registries and gaps.
But the answer to the question to fill or not ? Well time is the only one that will deliver a reply.
