    I was just wondering about the subs notice. I guess it has to come out once the shares have settled? 8% would suit me for a couple of days worth of outlay. I got in at 0.545 so another little move upwards would be nice.

    Hard to imaging Cohen selling out after acquiring only a short time ago - still anything is possible.

    If you read the Cohen material they believe that REIT's are well positioned moving forward - particularly those with repaired balance sheets. They maintain that they can now buy distressed assets off others - consolidation of the sector I suppose.

    Apparently they don't buy in unless certain conditions exist within the REIT e.g. balance sheet strength and company plans that match their goals. A key reason why they bought in the recent cap raising.

    Anyway now that I've written this spiel I suppose we'll find out that it was Cohen selling. If for no other reason than to show me how much I don't know!
