Perpetual's growth has been from three acquisitions.
GQG has grown larger and faster compared to Cathie Wood's ARK suite of funds too (and FUM growth is more sustainable), yet it has such a low multiple. Don't believe the full story or comprehension of the GQG business is appreciated by Australian investors.
Unfortunately to get the news out you have to go through the AFR and they only do cash for comment positive articles (unless Joe Aston gets onto you).
