I completely agree with you that the low yield on TPG has been a killer however one thing to remember is that we're scheduled for a special dividend when the merger goes through which was initially estimated to be 45c per share. Presuming it still happens and using 45c as our figure that would solve a lot of problems and generate a little over 100 million which could then be deployed into new opportunities.
