as Mad Hare said the value of the field is what someone will pay for it given FAR will be selling most or all of what they may find.
FAR have rightly said they will likely cash out if they find something.
Therefore a sale price is the value of the field - who cares what the future value is if FAR are going to sell?
Referencing something Stock head said back in 2019 is useless because it is just an arbitary figure plucked by a journalist or broker or analyst at Stock head and also it was said back in 2019.
FAR will sell anything they find and recent/multiple sales data just across the border of a world class find says $1-$2/b is the value/price of any large commercial find.
a small find will be worth less or worthless...
