Genuine couple of questions to the experts on the Forum.
1) Say the drilling had reached Deep Soloo. Could there be significant pressure resulting in flaring?
2) Would the environmental approvals be arranged by the owner or operator of the drilling? I would have though the responsibility would be with the operator as they would have the controls in place to mitigate any incidents.
